Refund policy

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we must be
notified within 7 days of delivery. Email soap@sudsysisters.com with your order
number, return reason and photos if applicable. We will review as soon as possible and provide further instructions.

Items must be in original condition, undamaged, showing no signs of use. Most products are required to still be in original and sealed packaging to be eligible for return. 

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We may cover it case by case, and we
always cover it when the return is the result of our own error.

Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.

WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT BACK
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept used bath and body products —
opened soap, bath bombs, scrubs, deodorant, oils or hand soap. Custom and
made-to-order items are final sale.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll replace
or refund it and cover shipping either way. Our mistake to fix, not yours.

HANDMADE MEANS VARIATION
Every bar is poured, cut and wrapped by hand, so color, swirl, weight and scent
strength vary between batches. Cured soap also lightens and firms over time.
That's a feature of handmade soap, not a defect.Returns will not be available for any of these reasons. 

SKIN SENSITIVITY
Full ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have known
sensitivities, please read them before ordering and test a small area first.
